When there are any other sales of foods that I am requiring during the month that has a good shelf life, so things like processed goods and bread because bread can be frozen, We put them on the list
too. When you put an item on your every-week list, make sure you cross this off on your monthly listing, so you don’t buy this again when you don’t need to. Be sure you go through every recipe you might be making that week as well as write down the ingredients you need, bridging them off of the monthly listing at the same time. Now you are ready to obtain groceries and will be set for just one week.
But before you are done, you have to decide what you are going to make every day.
